Coronavirus (COVID-19) Status Updates

At Miami Federal Credit union, we make decisions based on the best interests of our members, employees and the community. We confront the coronavirus together with a variety of financial assistance solutions for members affected by the pandemic. Effective 06/08 - All branches will reopen lobbies for limited hours from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday until further notice.

We are taking all precautions where possible to protect our members, staff and the community.  Please note that wellness questions, as guided by the CDC may be asked of members prior to being served. Questions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Have you tested positive for the coronavirus or are you self-quarantining for the coronavirus?
  • Have you or anyone in your household come into contact with anyone having the coronavirus?

Starting 03/19 – We will be processing requests for *loan deferments - Loan Deferment Application

Loan applications and loan closings will be handled electronically.

Shared branching transactions will not be available at any Miami Federal Credit Union branches until further notice.
